*Terms and Conditions for Agents Incentive Scheme
1. Qualifying Period / Extension Period
The Additional Agent Incentive Scheme is effective with immediate effect to the Expiry Date or when the eligible units are all being leased, whichever is earlier.
2. Additional Agent Incentive Scheme (the “Scheme”)
For every successful new lease secured by an agent in the selected properties and eligible units above, an incentive commission (as per indicated) will be payable. In order to qualify for the Scheme, the Letter of Offer has to be executed with all payments received no later than 1 month after the Expiry Date. Properties/ units under the Agent’s Incentive Scheme will need to meet the corresponding lease term stated to be eligible. If the lease term is shorter than the stated incentive duration, the commission payable will be based on a pro-rate of our standard commission of 1 month’s gross rent.
3. Eligibility
The Scheme is open to all registered agents who introduce a new prospect from the commencement of the Qualifying Period. For the avoidance of doubt,
(i) The Scheme will not apply to agents who have introduced their prospects prior to the qualifying period;
(ii) The Scheme will not apply for units not listed above;
(iii) For units not listed above, MIT standard agency fee of 1 month’s gross rent will be payable for new leases of ≥ 3 years and pro-rated for new leases < 3 years;
(iv) No commission will be paid for prospects who are our existing tenants.
4. Terms of Payment
The total agent commission will be payable after the commencement date of the lease, with lease documents duly executed with all payments.
5. Others
The Landlord reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the incentive commission without prior notice. Should there be any discrepancies, the Landlord’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
