Asset enhancement works at MIT’s Toa Payoh North cluster has commenced in August 2012. The upgrading project, which will give the cluster a new image, is slated to complete by end-2013. The asset enhancement works will see the construction of a new 8-storey hi-tech industrial building, a new 4-storey amenity block comprising production units, a canteen and multi-storey carparking space.

An approximately 150,000 sqft of gross floor area will be added to the cluster which is well-primed to serve the needs of companies in the clean and light manufacturing sectors. For existing tenants, we are also rejuvenating the existing buildings and the landscape to give the premise a clean modern look and feel.

Located in the established and mature Bishan and Toa Payoh residential estates, our Toa Payoh North property is within 10mins walking distance to Braddell MRT station and well-served by a wide variety of amenities such as food centres, parks, medical facilities, banks, and grocery shops.
