At Mapletree, we strive to incorporate sustainable practices in our businesses and operations. As we grow across Asia and shape new landscapes, we also create and share positive outcomes with the larger community through our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

A pillar of the Group’s CSR is the Mapletree Shaping & Sharing programme, which strives to empower individuals and enrich communities through education, health, environment and arts related causes. Overseeing the programme is a high-level committee comprising senior management as well as board members from our Group of companies.

Every year, Mapletree sets aside S$1 million to fund our CSR programmes, with an additional S$1 million allocated if the Group’s annual group profit after tax and minority interests (PATMI) exceeds S$300 million. More funds are allocated if required and in tandem with the Group’s good performance.
