Our green commitment has garnered numerous awards for our environmentally sustainable developments. In particular, our developments have received the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) Green Mark accreditation seven times since 2009. Not only are these developments eco-friendly, their built-in energy and water efficient features further yield significant cost savings for both Mapletree and our tenants.
